Healthy foods make the body healthy. Healthy food has various benefits for health such as maintaining cholesterol level, blood pressure, etc…

List of healthy foods that one should add in her diet:

  • Fruits: Fruits low in fat and high in vitamins such as Apples, Bananas, Oranges, Grapes, Pineapples, Watermelon and other fruits can be taken for women.

  • Vegetables: Vegetables rich in vitamins A, B, C, D and E such as Carrots, Capsicum, Cabbage, Spinach are needed for women.

  • Carbohydrates and proteins are the base of any meal. So Breads, Cereals and Rice in moderate quantities is good for health.

  • Proteins are the building blocks of the body which is rich in Fish, Meat, Eggs.
  • Milk, yoghurt and cheese are a rich source of Calcium that strengthens bone.
